Our Founder and His Inspirational Background -

Innovation begins with big dreams and rightly executed plans. La Panache Consulting is the product of Mirza Nabeel Baig’s struggle and his persistence of coming back to life after hitting the rock bottom.

As they say, “When you hit your lowest, the only way to go is Upwards” and the exact same thing happened with Mirza. Mirza, who is an engineer by profession and an immigrant in Canada, underwent a lot of struggles but that taught him everything La Panache Consulting is about.

The dark clouds filled his life’s sky all over. He was devastated and lost because he was betrayed by his lover and his life. The worst times came when he got homeless, he had to spend the night on the streets of Toronto on a -40 Degrees. He literally had no one to call, no place to go, no food to eat, no roof over his head and an absolute deteriorated mental health. In the darkest of times, his life was saved by two kindred souls - a street working lady and a homeless man, and that’s how he survived.

After Every Storm, there is a Rainbow! After surviving that night, Mirza found out that the solution was there inside him. He got back on his feet and worked day in and day out, to start this philanthropic management consulting firm called La Panache Consulting in remembrance to the generous souls who saved him on that bleak night.

He then decided to CHANGE the entire concept of Homelessness and to stand for others in need by eradicating this problem from the roots. La Panache Consulting aims to make a difference in the lives of homeless people, because it is not just about being homeless, but the deep feeling of being unloved, being alone, being unwanted in the society.

La Panache Consulting is all about being different and thinking solutions outside the box, whether it comes to our top-notch professional services, personal consulting or about eradicating Homelessness (La Panache Homelessness Elimination Society, LPHES).
